The Citation List is part of the USPTO’s ongoing efforts to enhance Global Dossier, by providing a more comprehensive listing of relevant citations that are available in related applications that share a common priority claim.
The Citation List service currently comprises the same data found in the Common Citation Document. The USPTO plans to incorporate additional data sources into the Citation List to enhance the comprehensiveness and consistency of the citation data provided.
